The patent law firm WSPatent® was founded in 1994 by patent attorney Dr. Wolfram Schlimme in Ottobrunn near Munich, the IP law center in Europe with the German and European Patent Offices.
Our main areas of practice, apart from trademark law and design protection, are patents in the field of classical mechanics and physics, with a wide range of technology fields. In the field of trademark law, we advise, among others, industrial associations and corporations of branded goods as well as mid-sized companies whose trademarks are used in B2B and B2C business.
Our industrial focus in the field of technology is on automotive technology, aviation and aerospace technology, process engineering, especially food technology and brewery technology, tool and machine tool construction, manufacturing technology, control technology and construction technology, as well as general mechanical engineering.
