Since 2004, our office has been located on the 5th floor of a cylindrical glass tower in the ‘The View’ office park in the north of Ottobrunn, just under a kilometer south of Munich's city limits – on the outskirts of the city, in a green area, yet only 30 minutes from the city center and the patent offices. We look towards the south and when the Alps would not be in the way, we might even have a clear view to the Mediterranean Sea (smile). However, on clear days, the picturesque panorama of the Zugspitze (Germany's highest mountain) is all we get to see (» photo).

However, looking into the distance is reserved for our thinking breaks – while we work, we don't let ourselves be distracted by it and are fully there for you. Our workplace with a view motivates us and increases employee satisfaction.

Ottobrunn is located in the southeast of the Bavarian state capital Munich and is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Germany. Ottobrunn is a campus location of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with the Department of Aerospace and Geodesy. The Technology and Industry Park (TIP), part of which is located in Ottobrunn, is home to world-famous companies in the aerospace industry, such as Airbus, Hensoldt and IABG. In the neighbouring town of Neubiberg, in the immediate vicinity of the WSPatent® office, lies the University of the Federal Armed Forces (UniBW) with its renowned Faculty of Aerospace Engineering.

Ottobrunn is well integrated into the Munich public transport system (underground, suburban railway, bus) and can be reached by it, as well as being connected to the motorway network via the A 8 and A 99. From Munich Airport you can reach Ottobrunn by car or by suburban railway/underground.
