TrademarkEU

A European Union trademark can be applied for the entirety of the following states (European Union):
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Advantages of a European Union trademark application:
The application is filed in one language and the examination procedure is carried out centrally and in one language until it is granted, or possibly in a second language in the event of an opposition. The costs are therefore considerably lower than for a corresponding number of national applications.
