Trademark and design searches

Once you have chosen your preferred designs, we will search for registered three-dimensional trademarks in the trademark registers of the countries relevant to your markets and advise you on prior rights and trademark protection barriers. We also search in the relevant registered designs (design patents) databases for relevant earlier designs.

Trademark and design applications

We will apply for design protection for your newly created design in the countries you have chosen as a registered design or design patent and, where possible, also for trademark protection. We will coordinate the procedures in the respective countries in cooperation with the foreign correspondent lawyers in our network.
