Anyone who can't say it simply and clearly should remain silent and continue working until they can say it clearly (Sir Karl Popper)

Perhaps the most fascinating part of her language studies at the renowned SDI Munich Language and Interpreting Institute was her participation as an observer in a murder trial at the Old Bailey, the famous Central Criminal Court of England and Wales in London. After graduating as a translator and interpreter, however, she realised that although mastering foreign languages is very useful, this profession would not necessarily fulfil her.

Hence, she followed in her father's and grandfather's footsteps and turned to journalism. While studying communication science at the Munich Ludwig Maximilian University LMU, she was part of the team from the very beginning of private radio broadcasting in Germany (Radio Gong) and commuted between university and the radio broadcast studio. When private television was launched in Germany, she was the first anchorwoman of German breakfast television (Eureka-TV). It was not uncommon for her daily routine being in front of the camera in the TV studio at 6 a.m., at the university lecture at 10 a.m., and in the radio news studio in the evening. After graduating, her professional life at the German automobile club ADAC e.V. was more structured, but still involved pioneering work, such as designing and publishing an employee newspaper and a glossy magazine for the ADAC air rescue service, as well as organising major events with celebrities from the world of politics and automotive industry, and as a press spokeswoman. Since the beginning of her retirement, she has taken responsibility for marketing and public relations in her husband's law firm.

Interaction with people is important to her not only in her professional life, but also in her private life. As an active amateur actress, she can be seen on the theatre stage several times a year. The seed for this was sown as a young girl, when she gained her first insights into stage life as a scholar in the Bavarian State Ballet. In addition to acting, she loves travelling and the broadening of horizons that comes with it.
